James's tree is one of three South Shore trees where the more modern members tend to be a bit inland in the Brockton area, the colonial era members on the coast in or near Hingham, while some on the far right of the tree are from England. There are some familiar duplicate names on the tree, names that are also found on the Luther Hayden and Sara Austin pages. These are marked with the green oval flower symbol.
While this page includes the Butler line, there are only two Butlers here. Thus far, I haven't been able to find a father for Henry Maitland Butler, or any information on the rumored Asenath Bell.
